The Prophetopathy is the 1500 years old medical science which introduced by the prophet Muhammad SAW This medical system is highly scientific that is dependable and affordable by its simplicity and comprehensiveness. The scientists and philosophers among SAHABAS had defined and developed the theoretical and practical ideology of this system. IBNU MASOOD(R), HAZRATA FATIMA (R), HASARAT(R) and AISHA(R) were some of them. It is true that many of the disciplines has been originated based on this ideas .But prophetic medicine has kept its identity and uniqueness till the date.
The modern scientists calls this discipline, which is based on fire removing theory as PROPHETOPATHY (medicine of prophet or Islamic medicine) The early Islamic scholars (IMAMS) have enabled more researches and writings in this field. IMAM IBNUL JAUZY, IBNUL QAYYIM, and ABU NUEIM ISFAHAN were some of the important scientists among them. The western medicine is obligated to Prophetopathy as they are depending upon the scientific inventions of Prophetopathy. The books of Avicenna (IBNUSEENA) are an example for it. Many people misunderstand Prophetopathy as a synonym of UNANI but both of them were developed on the basis of two different theories .This problem misunderstanding can be solved by conducting serious studies
The Ayurveda has no relationship with Prophetopathy by all means since both disciplines keep just opposite relations through out their basic theories. Many scientists all over the world are conducting serious researches on this discipline as all other discipline fail to keep their promises. The IIIMS (International Institute of Islamic medicine) UK, the SWADRI FOUNDATION, Malaysia and IIIMS (Inter national Institute of Islamic medical science) India are some important organizations in this regard.
Dr, Shafi Abdulla Zuhoori, the famous scientist and doctor of India hails from state Kerala is most noticed one in this scenario. It has been published more than one hundred books by Dr Zuhoori about Prophetopathy. Many of the international foundations are now entering to this medical scenario. It is predicted that Prophetopathy is medical science of tomorrow.
